We don't post and wait. Louise proactively identifies and approaches the candidates who fit the brief — the ones who aren't browsing job boards because they're already employed.

Human-Centric Screening

Genuine conversations, not checkbox exercises. Skills, motivation, culture fit — assessed case by case through questions that reveal how someone actually works, not just what's on their CV.

Shortlist Delivery

3–5 vetted candidates per role. Each one already aligned on skills, motivation, and culture. A curated shortlist — not a filtered stack.

Post-Placement Follow-Up

At 2–4 weeks post-hire, Louise calls both the candidate and the hiring manager separately. Most recruiters disappear after placement. We don't.

Pricing

One clear rate. No surprises.

15% of agreed annual salary per hire — whether permanent, contract, or interim. A deposit is taken upfront; the balance is invoiced once the candidate salary is agreed.

Exclusivity isn't required, though focused briefs produce faster and higher-quality results.
